(Nov 10, 2009 9:31AM)Its like a lens, place it well strategically so that it can create a fire....The Mode of building brand comes in converging and not diverging... Too many dissortions and consumer feels lost in what exactly the company is all about. Hence consumers go to some entity/company/brand which is know for ONE something.
